Michael Zenon has over 40 years experience as an architectural, environmental, urban designer and developer, who has specialized in market oriented, community development projects.
This experience has included: planning, programming, budgeting and systems integration; architectural design, and project construction and management for projects requiring owner representation and coordination between architects, contractors, sub-contractors, municipalities, building officials, financial institutions; and on-site representation during construction and project development.
He received his undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic University, School of Environmental Design in Architecture and Urban Planning. His graduate studies were completed at the University of California, Los Angeles Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning.
